Troy D. Mitchell

BARRE – Troy David Mitchell, 25, went to be with the Lord on April 7, 2018.

He was born on October 18, 1992 in Gloucester, MA to Joseph and Erika (Williams) Mitchell. Troy attended schools in Gloucester, MA and Jupiter, FL, graduating from Harwood Union High School in Duxbury, VT.

Troy served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2011-2015.

Besides his adoring parents, Troy is survived by his loving sister Molly Mitchell and her partner, Christopher Cadorette of West Palm Beach, Florida; his loving brother Jared Mitchell who is serving in the U.S. Navy. Maternal grandparents David and Challis Williams of Gloucester, MA; paternal grandmother Judith Mitchell of Gloucester, MA; uncles Aaron Williams; Robert Mitchell and his wife, Renee and their children and grandchildren, all of Gloucester, MA.

Troy also leaves behind his beloved partner, Lexi Graham of Barre, VT and their fur babies Peri and Nova.

Troy was a hard, dedicated worker with Mad River Property Management in Waitsfield, VT. He loved pasta and meatballs, gaming, motorcycles, his meaningful tattoos and testing the limits with his best friends Travis Brixey, Cam Rutledge and Ben Eurich.

Troy had a deep passion for his family and all animals. Troy is now reunited with his beloved German Shepherd Maggie.

Services are private and a celebration of Troy’s life will be held at a later date.
