BARRE – Tammy Lynn Doucette, 51, of Brooklyn Street, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016, at the Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin.
Born on August 15, 1965 in Marshfield, MA, she was the daughter of Steven H. Berry and Evelyn M. King.
Tammy attended elementary and high school in Mansfield, MA. On August 6, 1983, she married David Doucette in Mansfield, MA. After their marriage, they lived in Attleboro, MA, Pawtucket, RI and Cumberland, RI. They separated, but remained friends and in 2003 they moved to Montpelier. In 2006, she moved to Barre.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed cleaning, camping, and spending time with family. Tammy loved going to the ocean, especially the Maine coast, as well as watching soap operas and scary movies.
Survivors include her husband, David, of Montpelier; her daughters Kristen Doucette of Montpelier and Kaley Doucette of Barre; two grandchildren; her father Steven Berry of Wolcott; her brother Kevin Berry of Brunswick, ME; her sister Bonnie Berry of Bath, ME; her brothers Steven Berry and his wife, Shana of Barre and Donald Berry of Barre; her sister Tina McNulty and her husband, Todd of Morrisville; her sister Kristene Ewen and her husband, Roger of Wolcott; her sister Michelle Haggett and her husband, James of Wolcott; her brother Jason Berry of Hyde Park; and nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is predeceased by her mother Evelyn King and daughter Jessica Doucette.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date to be announced. There are no calling hours.
