Richard Collins

WILLIAMSTOWN – Richard “Dickie/Sid” Collins, 56, of Erskine Road passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024, at his home.

Born on December 12, 1967, in Barre, he was the son of Sidney and Caroline (Macey) Collins. He attended Williamstown Elementary and High School.

On July 28, 2001, he married Jane at Trot and Lori’s house in Williamstown, following their marriage, they made their home in Williamstown, where he lived his entire life.

Dickie was employed by Burrell Roofing for approximately 38 years.

In his spare time, he enjoyed hanging out with his buddy, Earl, watching NASCAR racing, being on his tractor and working around his property.

Survivors include his wife, Jane, his children Tiffany, Kevin, and George as well as his siblings Billy, Chucky, Tommy, Paul, Johnny, Mary, and Diane.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Maggie.

Family and friends may call on Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Hooker Whitcomb Funeral Home, 7 Academy Street, Barre.
