Philip E. Jarrett

WEST TOPSHAM - Philip E. Jarrett of West Topsham, Vermont, formerly of Altoona, Pennsylvania and Venice, Florida died on October 19, 2015, at his Vermont home.
He was the son of Charles D. Jarrett and Jessie (Haines) Jarrett. He was married to Peggy Spielvogle at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament on August 20, 1966. He has two surviving children, Philip Jarrett, Jr. and his wife Karen, of Venice, Florida and Mary Wilson and her husband, Andy, of Williamstown, Vermont. He has three grandchildren, Troy Jarrett of Altoona, Pennsylvania, and Jude and Rachael Wilson of Williamstown ,Vermont. He is also survived by brother, C. Dave Jarrett of Duncansville, Pennsylvania and sister, Rita Lastort of Bradenton, Florida. He was predeceased by his son, William (Bill) Jarrett and brother, Carl Jarrett. He was employed by the railroad as a machinist for 30 years.
