BARRE – Pamela Stiffler, 63, of Washington Street passed away on Friday, April 29, 2022, at her home.
Born on December 10, 1958, in Barre, she was the daughter of William and Margaret (Jackson) Dalton. She attended local elementary schools and graduated from U-32 High School.
On June 26, 1992, she married Avery “Paul” Stiffler in the Baptist Church in Barre. Following their marriage, they lived in the Central Vermont area. Paul passed away in 2006.
Pamela was a member of the Moose Club, VFW Post #790 of East Barre, and the Red Hat Society.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting, artwork, bingo, card games, making crafts and most of all spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughter Molly Dalton and her partner, Michael West of Barre; her son Brian Dalton and his partner, Ciere Lennox also of Barre; her grandchildren Caroline West, Yasmine West, Nevaeh Dalton, and Jordan Dalton; her great-grandson Garysin Washburn; her sisters Sylvia Comolli, Gloria “CoCo” Conley and her husband, Carl, and Linda Pelkey as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Avery Stiffler; her sisters Margaret Tatro, Betty Fitzgerald, and June Morris; and her brothers Larry Dalton, William Dalton, and Don “Mike” Dalton.
The graveside service to honor and celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the Berlin Corner Cemetery in Berlin. A time of fellowship will take place after the service concludes. There are no calling hours.
