ORMOND BEACH, FL – Loretta M. “Dede” Coletti, 71, of Memorial Medical Parkway passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House in Palm Coast.
Born October 10, 1948 in Barre, she was the daughter of Edward and Gertrude (Cooper) Coletti. Loretta attended St. Monica Elementary School, Marian High School where she graduated with the class of 1967 and received an Associate degree from Burdett College in Boston, MA.
After college, she made her home in Boston for over twenty years working for the Reinauer Transportation Company as a bookkeeper before returning to Vermont and working as a bookkeeper for the Barre Lodge of Elks #1535 and the City of Barre until she retired to Holly Hill, Florida.
Loretta was a member of the St. Monica Catholic Church and had an immense love of cats.
Survivors include her brother Michael Coletti of Barre; her nephews Aldo and his daughter, Gabriel; Brian; and Mark and his wife, Heather and their children Emily and Matthew.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers Aldo and Edward Coletti.
A graveside service to honor and celebrate Loretta’s life will be held at the convenience of her family in Hope Cemetery in the Spring.
