EAST BARRE – Jennifer Jacqueline Byrnes-Clark, 44, of Garden Street, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018, at the UVM Medical Center in Burlington.
Born on October 30, 1973 in Queens, NY, she was the daughter of William James and Patricia Ella (Carey) Byrnes. She attended Dawnwood Middle School and graduated from Centerreach High School both in New York.
On November 19, 2011, she married Alan G. Clark, Jr. in Brunswick, ME. Following their marriage, they made their home in East Barre.
As a homemaker, her family and home were most important to her. She enjoyed baseball and football and was a New York Yankees and a New York Jets fan. She also liked to keep up with current affairs and enjoyed politics.
Survivors include her husband, Alan G. Clark, Jr. and children, Patricia Byrnes Clark, Charlotte Clark, Claudia Clark, and Alan Clark, III, all of East Barre; her parents, William Byrnes and his wife, Ayacanora and Patricia Carey; a sister, Ellie Byrnes and her companion, Vince Jannelli and their son, Marco, and a brother, Billy Byrnes.
She was predeceased by her grandparents, Arthur and Jacqueline Carey and James and Eleanor Byrnes.
A memorial service to honor and celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. in the Hooker and Whitcomb Funeral Home, 7 Academy Street, Barre. There will be a potluck luncheon after the service at a location still to be determined. There are no calling hours.
