MARSHFIELD – Helen M. Oatley, 78, of Vermont Route 232 passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at the Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin.
Born May 24, 1937 in Oceanside, NY she was the daughter of Edward and Mary (Bejsovec) Slanetz.
Helen worked for the State of Vermont at the Department of Education for many years. Survivors include her daughter Doris Oatley of Montpelier; and two sons, Robert Oatley, Jr., of Montpelier, and William Oatley of West Virginia.
Per her request there are no services.
