Eleanor M. Badore

BARRE – Eleanor M. Badore, 85, of North Main Street, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Rowan Court Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Born January 27, 1930 in Devils Lake, ND, she was the daughter of Archerbald and Helen (Lashman) McLaughlin. She attended school in North Dakota.
On February 13, 1973 she married Allen Badore. He passed away in January of 1991.
She enjoyed playing UNO and traveling, as she wintered in Florida.
Survivors include; her children, Patrick Thompson and his wife Jean of Charlestown, NH, Robert Thompson and his wife Corinne of Jericho Center, Julie Thompson of Barre, and Jane Thompson of East Montpelier; her step children, Gerald Badore of Greenfield, MA, Nancy Ploof of Williston, Robert Badore of Waitsfield, Richard Badore and his wife Judith of Fairfax, and Brenda Jenkins and her husband Stan of Georgia, VT; her sisters, Hazel Nelson and her husband Merv of Minnesota and Lorraine Curly of South Carolina; 23 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
