WILLIAMSTOWN – Dennis S. Perusse, 55, a long-time Cogswell Street resident, passed away on Friday, May 17, 2019 at his home with his loving family by his side.
Born on August 12, 1963 in Lubbock, TX, he was the son of Maurice and Gloria (Buckley) Perusse.
Dennis attended Williamstown Elementary School and graduated from Williamstown High School in 1981. Following graduation, he made his home in Williamstown.
He was first employed as a roofer for Burrell’s Roofing for twenty-five years before working as a carpenter for Lajeunesse Construction for fifteen years.
Dennis was a member of the Canadian Club of Barre and in his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, outdoor activities and watching the Red Sox and NASCAR.
Survivors include his long-time girlfriend Renee Gendron of Williamstown; his son Justin Graham also of Williamstown; his stepchildren Lisa Marie, Dustin and Whitney; his grandchildren, whom he adored, Kendell and Vincent; as well as his siblings Kathy, Mike, Richard, Joseph, Timmy, Bob, and Jim.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Donald.
The graveside service to honor and celebrate his life will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. noon in the Williamstown Village Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
