BARRE – Cameron Ryan Hedges, 21, of Delmont Avenue passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at his home.
Born January 2, 1998 in Burlington, he was the son of Jeremy Hedges and Jessica Rollins. He attended Williamstown Elementary School and graduated from Williamstown High School. After high school, he joined the U.S. Marines and served as a Lance Corporal until his passing.
Cameron made his home in Williamstown. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing video games and watching movies. Cameron loved the outdoors especially time spent hunting and fishing.
Survivors include his father Jeremy Hedges and his companion, Kate; his mother Jessica Rollins and her companion, Kevin; his sisters Ariah, Kaylee, Brianna; his grandfather Tony Hedges and his companion Joanne Cutler; his aunts and uncles, Tony II, Louisa, Larry and Neysa; Bobby; Steven and Dutchess; Patty and T.J.; Chris; Ronnie and Crystal; Shawn and Stacy; Sandy; Kitty; Rocky; Nathan; Craig; James; Jennifer; and Jill; as well as many cousins and his great-grandmothers Magel Davis and Jean Bancroft.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandmother Candace Hedges, his maternal grandparents Erwin and Penny Lupien; as well as his great grandfathers George Davis and Wayne Bancroft.
The service to honor and celebrate his life will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hooker and Whitcomb Funeral Home, 7 Academy Street, Barre. There are no calling hours. Following the service, family and friends will gather at the American Legion Post #10 in Barre for a time of fellowship and sharing.
