Brian A. Miller

BARRE – Brian A. Miller, 58, a longtime resident of Miller Road, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2022, in the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington.

Born on October 6, 1964, in Barre, he was the son of Harry and Kathleen (Dickinson) Miller. He attended elementary school in Barre Town and then went on to Spaulding High School.

Following his schooling, Brian made his home in Barre. He married Robin Dufresne in 1983 and the two raised their two wonderful daughters. They later divorced.

Brian worked for many years with the family business, Miller Building Company, and then went on to work with his brother in the trucking and excavation business.

In his spare time, Brian loved spending time with his grandchildren, and he also loved cooking. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.

Survivors include his mother Kathleen Miller; his daughters Jennifer Miller and Tiffany Bolduc; his sister Mary Miller; his brothers Jim Miller and Steven Miller and his wife, Laurie; his grandchildren Eli, Mason, Mariah, Derek, and Kayla as well as numerous nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

He was predeceased by his father.

A celebration of Brian’s life will be held in the spring of 2023 at a time to be announced.
